The first step in improving ourselves or our business is to understand where we need improvement.  If we don't believe we need to change or make improvements, nothing will ever happen.

 In the Needs Assessment phase, we spend the time with you to help you determine what your real needs are.  We need to understand your business, your issues and your concerns.  We need to, together, begin to understand what is a real problem and what is a symptom of a deeper problem.

Utilizing the various tools available to us such as an Organizational Needs Inventory, we can pinpoint the real issues and develop proposed methods of solution for your consideration.

Since many of us have more than one problem, we can determine which one will yield the greatest return and begin to set priorities for resolution.  We can then develop proposals for recommended solutions.
